He loves the boat but has been bitten by the new boat bug.Construction of Pro-Line's low-maintenance boats begins with F.I.S.T. (Fiberglass Integrated Structural Technology). All wood is replaced with fiberglass and high-density, closed-cell foam coring. This means no wood to rot. And F.I.S.T. adds strength to the hull as well.When the boat was on the lift I got a chance to go over the hull, the 3 owner's who have had her have taken excellent care of it. Not so much as a mark from what I seen. Gel coat shined like new, if your comparing this boat to other similar one's of this year what your going to see is a chalky sun burned exterior that might be able to be save with a professional detail. None of that to worry about here. Take a close look at the pictures and the video and you'll see.Vessel is powered by twin Yamaha 225 hp 4 stroke outboards. First things first, yes they have the exhaust housings already upgraded and fixed. The port engine has a new power head with a transferable warranty until next year. Seller states the engines run great, take a look at the video and you'll see no smoke and they go in and out of gear with ease.Starting at the transom you have a 100 Quart livewell and a freshwater sink. Removable transom jump seat with cushions really expands the cruising capability of the boat. All combing pads and all cushions for that matter in the entire boat are in very good condition. Under that jump seat is where the 5Kw Kohler Generator lives, only 90 hours on it so plenty of life left. Seller installed an A/C unit about 2 years ago so over nighting on the hook is actually comfortable. The boat has a beam of almost 11' and the cockpit is a great space with plenty of room to maneuver whether it be fishing or entertaining. As you walk up the wide walkway up to the bow your greeted with sturdy hand holds all the way up. Bow cushion offers some forward seating and windlass works great per seller.Step up to the helm and you have a nice electronics package with the main unit being a Simrad NSS7 with your Standard Horizon VHF mounted above. All gauges and switches work as they should per seller, gauges are clear with no sun damage or water logging Nice helm seat with room for two, and a commanding view of the sea for the captain. If the weather turns ugly you have a full Isinglass enclosure to zip up and keep you out of the elements.In the cabin no smells or staining of any kind, the pattern continues from the rest of the boat. Found on the galley is a Norcold Fridge, single alcohol stove top and freshwater sink mounted to port. Forward is a good size V berth with table and additional rod holders. Starboard is the vacu-flush head w/Macerator, good amount of headroom in here. Mounted aft is your additional berth with it's own port window.If your in the market for this type of vessel, this one should shoot to the top of your list. Overall condition of the boat is excellent by my opinion. The boat has been stored inside its entire life except for the 14 months on a lift by the current owner.
Both lower units have been recently serviced and new impellers installed. SELLER HAS ALL MAINTENANCE RECORDS for work performed. These model year motors have a known galvanic exhaust housing issue which has been replaced and fixed on both engines. NEW POWERHEAD ON PORT MOTOR and has only 15 hours of use on it, starboard has 805.
Galley faucet is new, also owner has installed new VHF and Radio antenna's. A/C unit was installed less than 2 years ago.
